30-day returns

Not right for you? You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Email hello@theputtingroom.com with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.

We'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. Delivery is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, and we cover any return postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
