Delivery

Free tracked delivery on every order, to every country we ship to: the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and Canada. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 working days.
Europe, the United States and Canada: 5 to 12 working days (up to 15 for Eastern Europe and islands).

Sets with more than one item can arrive in separate parcels.

Our prices include import duties and taxes. If you're ever asked to pay import charges on delivery, email us with a photo of the bill and we'll refund it.

Returns

Not right for you? You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Email hello@theputtingroom.com with your order number and we'll send you the return details.

Please send it back unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and cover the return postage.
